This is a tried and tested bench top machine. It is designed to dress either female or male spot welding caps. The caps are held by a mandrel chuck which grips the cap as the machine is cycled.

The DT-1A is completely pneumatic. It uses a self feeding drill motor operated by two hand anti-cheat controls for safety. It will easily take your hard to dress caps back to their original shape, thereby extending the life of your caps.
